I found Mr Rai to be caring. He takes the time to listen to you and discuss your concerns after which he explains the possible diagnosis in a" language" that you understand and plan of treatment. Even though he is a busy man, he does not rash you. He gives you his undevided attention.

Was seen on time by Dr Rai who listened to my concerns and then explained that he would need to examine me. He gave me time to prepare for this. He explained my options clearly and said he would write to my GP with his findings. All in all a very positive experience. Nurse assistant was very reassuring. Only complaint for me was the receptionist was a little frosty when I forgot to stand behind her sign to be called forward! In and out within half hour and no car parking charge!

Mr Rai is personable and interested in you as a patient. He is clear in his diagnosis and offers clear advice without forcing his views on you. He listens carefully and responds positively. He offers opinions and guidance and respects your decision offering constructive suggestions.
